Such a pretty color orange!
My mom and dad grew some gorgeous carrots this year. Actually, I think they just finished digging up the last of them. Some were ginormous! All were wonderful shades of orange and red that I wanted to look at all year.
My mom did something very special for Chloe. She steamed the carrots, pureed them then put about 1/4 cup in each cup of a cupcake tin and froze them. She pried them out and wrapped them individually in waxed paper. Chloe thinks they taste like candy and I think they look like it!
