Owl’s Nest Treats

owl's nests

These are very easy to make and fun for a toddler! Just melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup peanut butter in double boiler. Stir in 2 cups chow mein noodles. Shape into “nests” and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate. Fill with Halloween candy of your choice. Candy corn flavored Kisses are shown. Share!

My mom and I used to make these for Easter every year. We’d do the bird’s nest and then put three
Easter M&Ms (pastel colors) on each nest to make it look like eggs. They look really cute and we’d use them as decorative items on each place setting sometimes.
